Dr. Bernard graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 1996. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1999. He has worked for more than 20 years as a practicing emergency physician in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has been on the forefront of telemedicine with licensing in all 50 states and Washington DC.
